Katie is a highly skilled and dedicated massage therapist with over 15 years of experience in the field. Since 2008, Katie has been providing exceptional therapeutic services, specializing in various modalities to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness for clients. With a deep understanding of human anatomy and a commitment to individualized care, Katie has built a reputation for delivering effective and personalized treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Throughout her career, Katie has continued to enhance professional skills through ongoing education and certifications, staying abreast of the latest techniques and advancements in the massage therapy field. Her practice combines both traditional and contemporary approaches to healing, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of care.

Shannon Brisson LMT
The foundation of Shannon's approach is attentive and intentional touch. Utilizing Swedish massage as a framework she employs slow connecting myofascial holds and strokes while incorporating a variety of techniques and modalities to address your patterns of pain + tissue restriction, enhance quality of life + performance. Her practice is evidence-based, viewed through a trauma-informed, biopsychosocial lens. It is inextricably informed by her 30 years of receiving massage and bodywork for both stress reduction and pain relief, adding a depth of understanding and compassion to her sessions. A session may include moist heat, cupping, assisted stretching, passive body techniques, Positional Release, Myosketetal Alignment Techniques (MAT), Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Myofascial Release (MFR), amongst others. Each session is tailored to your unique goals+preferences.
What to expect
Our session begins by reviewing your health history, discussing your goals+preferences, and how you live and move in your body. Then together we'll create a framework for your session to best suit you. This process can take 5-15 minutes depending on the intake and the detailed attention this may require, when scheduling, please allow for an additional 15 minute at end of your appointment.
Education
In 2003, Shannon trained at the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge and 15 years later, at SpaTech Institute-Ipswich. In between her massage trainings, she completed a 300+ hour professional Reflexology certificate program from The New England Institute of Reflexology. In the spring of 2022, she completed a six month,100 hr, Orthopedic Massage certificate program with Tom Karis. In 2023, she completed coursework in Table Thai Yoga and Somatic/ Passive Body bodywork. In 2024 she attended classes with Whitney Lowe and Ian Harvey.

Tina Hubbard LMT
Tina is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She graduated in 2007 from the Bancroft School of Massage in Worcester Ma. She believes that educating oneself beyond the requirement of the profession is essential, in order to achieve the highest standards of care, for the client.
Tina has worked the last 7 years along side a Chiropractor, as a Rehab Massage Therapist/ Tech CA. She effectively uses her massage skills along with incorporating the Muscle Release Technique, which is a unique therapy that combines compression, extension, movement and breath to provide relief from chronic pain.
Tina previously taught gymnastics for 25 years, she knows how the body works and what to do when it doesn’t. Though proficient in many methods of massage, her real love is deep-tissue work. Tina’s philosophy is that specific work yields specific results. She uses a variety of techniques and strives to capture the unique balance that is right for each individual.
Tina believes in the body’s ability to heal itself naturally and that massage therapy is one of the many paths that can restore health and wholeness to the body. Using a combination of therapies, she can relieve some of the effects of stress, chronic pain, headaches and much more.

Michaelina Frackelton LMT
Michealina Frackleton LMT/LPTA/CLT/Certified Personal Trainer & Cancer Exercise Specialist. "Micky" began hers as a massage therapist in 2002. She received her training from the Massage Institute of New England (MINE) in Somerville, MA with a concentration in deep tissue massage. Achieved myofascial therapist in 2006, then continued to become a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in 2008. Graduating with High Honors and a member of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society. She graduated with High Honors and her passion for lymphatic diseases has gained her recognition of Clinical Excellence. In 2009 she graduated from the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy, in 2011 joined Klose Training at the prestigious Foldi Clinic in Germany for the “Advanced and Review “ Lymphatic course. Micky is proud to have served in the US Air Force. She is a member of the National Lymphedema Network holding the designation of NLN Expert Clinician 2022-2023, a member of the MA Team of the LTA, American Massage Therapy Association for over 20 years, the Coordinator of Guest Speakers and member of the MA Chapter of Lymphatic Education & Research Network. I am Board Certified with the NCBTMB.
