Each massage session is customized for every client! Your massage Therapist will take a few minutes before each session to discuss any health concerns or injuries. Then you and your therapist will agree on a course of treatment.
Prenatal Massage

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.
Signature Relaxation

Our signature relaxation massage is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. For your session we use Organic Coconut Oil that is mixed with your choice of essential oils. You will also enjoy an amazingly, relaxing foot scrub to end the treatment.
Reflexology

Reflexology is a complimentary therapy that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy to promote relaxation and healing throughout the body.
Orthopedic Massage
If you’re experiencing chronic pain, recovering from an injury or surgery, or seeking to improve and maintain joint mobility and musculoskeletal function, our certified orthopedic therapist is here to help.
This is an outcome based session with a longer and more detailed intake + assessment process. A treatment plan will be developed, incorporating evidence-supported techniques with benchmarks to measure efficacy throughout treatment plan. Single or multiple sessions. Generally clothed, shorts and loose top. Call to schedule a 15 minute phone session to determine if this work is appropriate for you.
Cupping Massage
